Jeffrey S. Boyles

Jeff Boyles practices law in the area of intellectual property and has substantial experience litigating claims involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, unfair competition, and Internet issues. He also assists clients in acquiring, managing and licensing intellectual property rights.

Mr. Boyles has served as the Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. He has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and named to Florida Trend magazine’s list of top Up & Coming attorneys. Currently Mr. Boyles is a member of the Eleventh Circuit Pattern Jury Instructions Committee working to draft instructions for use in copyright cases.

Mr. Boyles attended law school at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where he graduated with high honors and earned a certificate degree in intellectual property. Based upon his score on the Florida Bar Exam, he was selected by the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal to speak at the 2004 Florida Bar Induction Ceremony. Mr. Boyles is an adjunct professor, teaching I.P. Litigation at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
