Biography:
Mr. Dyer represents clients in retail securities matters in arbitration in federal and state courts. Defendants generally are brokerage firms and trust companies. As a former chairman of the Litigation Section of the Academy
of Florida Trial Lawyers, he lectured, written and
presented at annual conventions during 1981 - 1988, as
follows:

He was a Co-Founder, Director and former President (1992
- 1993) of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
Mr. Dyer has also served as a Co-Founder and Speaker throughout
1989 -1991 of the Securities Arbitration Institute, Inc.
He was a participant in the Securities Arbitration Rules Task
Force (1995-1996) for the American Arbitration Association.
