Biography:
Mr. Henry’s practice focuses on business, intellectual
property, professional liability, and insurance law litigation.
His substantial litigation experience includes trademark
and copyright disputes, legal malpractice, insurance agents’ errors
and omissions liability, advertising injury claims, bad
faith, commercial torts, and deceptive trade practice claims.
He is a frequent convention speaker for a variety of organizations
including the DRI, Society of CIC, the PIA, and state and
national bar and insurance industry organizations
