Biography: A native of Jacksonville, Mr. Yeager attended local
public schools and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School
as a member of the January class of 1952. He has had
extensive experience in his practice areas of law, including
entertainment law. He has testified as an expert
witness in litigation matters relating to his field of
practice.
Formerly an associate of George H. Baldwin and then his
partner in Baldwin & Yeager, Mr. Yeager later became a sole
practitioner for many years.
He has served on various committees of the Florida Bar, the
Jacksonville Bar Association and the American Intellectual
Property Law Association. He is a member of the District of
Columbia Bar and the Florida Bar and a former member of the
American Bar Association.
Mr. Yeager was active at one time as a Certified Teacher in
the State of Florida, and has been a substitute physics and
sciences teacher. He has given several presentations relating
to patents and the patent process at independent inventor
symposiums and conferences.
A former President of the Jacksonville Exchange Club, a
member club of the National Exchange Club, including 5 years
a s Florida District Director and as Vice-President.
Currently he is serving on the Board of Directors of the
Jacksonville Exchange Club. He was active as a volunteer
with the Boy's Club of Jacksonville Board of Directors and
with the First Coast Family Center, now known as the
Exchange Club Family Center, a Center dedicated to the
prevention of child abuse.
Hobbies include bridge, gardening and cheering for his
beloved Florida Gators as a life member of the University of
Florida Alumni Association. He has real-life
experience as an independent inventor and is the co-inventor
on 2 U.S. Patents relating to nails. Affiliations:
