INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES LAW FIRM ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER
ORLANDO – The law firm Allen, Dyer, Doppelt,
Milbrath & Gilchrist, P.A. announced today the election
of registered attorney John F. Woodson, II as shareholder
with the firm.
Mr. Woodson practices in the areas of patents and patent
infringement studies. His patent prosecution experience
includes electrical, electronic and telecommunication equipment,
semiconductor, mechanical and medical devices, plus software
and Internet related inventions.
Mr. Woodson was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and
the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 1999. He
received his J. D. from Syracuse University College of Law,
Cum Laude (1997) and his B.S.E.E. from the University of
Central Florida, Mathematics Minor, with University honors
(1994.)
Ms. Woodson is a member of the Florida Bar: Member, Business
Law Section and Intellectual Property Committee, and the
American Intellectual Property Law Association.
The firm Allen, Dyer, Doppelt, Milbrath & Gilchrist,
P.A. practices primarily in the areas of patent, trademark,
copyright prosecution and litigation, antitrust, unfair competition,
trade regulation, and commercial litigation, as well as securities
arbitration in state and federal courts and before the United
