Biography:

Mr. Dyer represents clients in retail securities litigation and arbitration in federal and state courts. As a proponent and later chairman of the Litigation Section of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, he has lectured, written and presented at annual conventions during 1981 - 1988, as follows:

• August 1988: ATLA Annual Convention speaker, “Developments in Securities Arbitration”
• August 1985: ATLA Annual Convention speaker, “The New Do's & Don'ts of Suing Your Stockbroker”
• November 1984: AFTL Annual Convention speaker, “The Do's and Don'ts of Suing your Stockbroker”

In 1983 - 1984 Mr. Dyer was a Lecturer for the Florida Bar on the topic of Civil Practice in Federal Courts Seminar. He was a Co-Founder, Director and former President (1992 - 1993) of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association. Mr. Dyer has also served as a Co-Founder and Speaker throughout 1989 -1991 of the Securities Arbitration Institute, Inc. He was involved in the Securities Arbitration Rules Task Force (1995-1996) for the American Arbitration Association.  

Mr. Dyer has authored the following publications:
