Mr. Luther practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation, patent and trademark prosecution and client counseling. He has represented clients in the areas of trademark and copyright acquisition and counseling, domain name disputes, Internet issues, and related matters. Mr. Luther has experience with C, HTML 4.0, Macromedia Flash®, Java® and CGI scripts. He participated in a summer program in the law and institutions of the European Union.
