Biography:

Mr. Magana practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation, trademark prosecution and client counseling. He also represents clients in the areas of trademark and copyright acquisition and counseling, domain name disputes, Internet issues, and related matters.

Mr. Magana's previous experience includes work as a technology consultant, and the operation of his own web development business. He has knowledge of various programming languages including: C/C++, PHP, and HTML.

While at the University of Florida, Mr. Magana served as the Website Editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy.

While at the University of Central Florida, he participated in multi-year cooperative employment programs with the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security.
