Biography:

Dr. Napolitano practices in the patent area including counseling inventors and businesses on the patent process and strategies to support business and marketing plans, and evaluating the patenting potential of inventions. His patent prosecution practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office has included work with medical devices, electromechanical implements, agricultural equipment, electronic and laser systems, semiconductor devices, sports and industrial equipment. Dr. Napolitano has technical experience including the design and analysis of nuclear reactor protection and electro-mechanical systems.
